Wright State University now has an upgraded agreement with American Chemical Society! There are 29 additional journals on top of the existing 42 titles already accessible. Not only are there more journals available, authors are able to publish their articles in any of the American Chemical Society's hybrid journals without the payment of an article processing charge! There are no institutional limits for publishing in the ACS's hybrid journals.

What is open access? Open access allows authors to publish their articles while having it freely accessible with no subscription or access fees. Hybrid journals allow articles to be published under a subscription or open access. Here is a link to the hybrid journals eligible for no article processing charge

How can I get published under this agreement? The corresponding author, the one who handles the communication during the publication process, must use their Wright State University email address. Using this email address allows the publisher to know the author is associated with the University.

Learn more about the agreement during the February 10, 9:00am-10:00am, ACS Webinar for OhioLINK Authors. Presenters from ACS will highlight the content that is available under the new agreement and how the publishing process works for authors, with time for Q&A. Register for the Zoom ACS Read and Publish for OhioLINK Authors webinar.
