September Book Club Pick: Boxcar Librarian by Brianna Labuskes

New season of great books! The Friends of the Libraries, Wright State University Alumni Association, and Wright State University Retirees Association invite you to join us for the first book club discussion of the 2026–2027 season.

Whether you’re a longtime member of the book club, a Wright State student looking for a new way to connect, or love a good story, everyone is welcome!

September’s Selection: Boxcar Librarian

Our September selection is Boxcar Librarian by Brianna Labuskes, a historical fiction novel inspired by the true story of a 1920s rolling library in Missoula, Montana.

Come ready to share your thoughts, hear different perspectives, and enjoy a lively conversation with fellow readers. You don’t need to be a member of the Friends of the Libraries or affiliated with Wright State to participate. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees, and community friends are all invited to join us.
