This fund was initiated in the spring of 2012 by the College of Liberal Arts to honor the years of service and leadership of Dr. Charles S. Taylor upon his retirement as Dean in July 2012. Dr. Taylor served as Dean for the College of Liberal Arts from 2005 to 2012 and was previously Professor and Chair for the Departments of Religion, Philosophy and Classics. His years of service to Wright State University contributed toward the continual strengthening of the campus’ general education curriculum and the integration of new technologies in the classroom. Dr. Taylor was also a strong supporter for the University Libraries’ Friends of the Libraries, collections, and programs. The books in this fund reflect the depth of studies available through the College of Liberal Arts.
