How do I decide what kinds of resources I need?
You should ask yourself what is the nature of your assignment? How
long does your paper have to be? Will you be needing charts, graphs,
visual aids, or audiovisuals? Are you required to use scholarly journals
or just magazine articles? [tell me more about

Will you need primary or secondary sources? Primary sources are original documents such as speeches, letters, diaries, etc. Secondary sources include many books including biographies.
It is important to critically evaluate your sources. Who is the author? Why did they write the article, book, etc.? Is this a credible web page? [tell me more about evaluating my resources]
